Manufacturing bolts is our pastime, we produce quality hot headed bolts for any industry for any application. Bolts can be used for many different applications that include fastening wood, steel, and other construction materials for projects such as docks, bridges, highway structures, buildings, Car manufacturer, mining equipment and structures, roller coasters, playgrounds and much more.
Bolts are used as a fastener made from raw materials which we cut to length, heat the ends of the blank through an induction process, then forge the head. After the head has been formed the bolt is pointed (chamfered) and trimmed to clean excess material from the forging process.
