Steel design

Thread processing

The high tensile bolt is generally cold processed so that the threaded blank within a certain diameter range is passed through the thread rolling plate, and the thread is shaped by the pressure of the plate. The threaded part of the plastic flow is not cut off, strength is increased, precision is high, and quality is uniform, so it is widely used. The thread diameter required to produce the thread outside diameter of the final product varies, as it is limited by the thread accuracy, the material with or without coating, etc.


Heat treatment

High tensile bolt is tempered according to technical requirements. Heat treatment tempering is used to improve the overall mechanical properties of the fastener to meet the tensile strength value and flexural strength ratio specified in the product. Since the high tensile bolt is produced in large quantities and at a low price, and the threaded part is a relatively fine and precise structure, heat treatment equipment is required to have a large production capacity, a high degree of automation, and good heat treatment quality.
